Banana Bread Muffins

The great thing about this recipe is that you don’t need a mixer! You can put everything in one bowl and watch the magic happen. The key ingredient for this is melted butter. The sugar amount is flexible. For me personally I like to add a little more sugar and vanilla for that extra sweetness. This recipe is just a base and it allows you to add any extra ingredients you desire. You can top it off with nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, or even cinnamon if you want! For easier handheld happiness I usually pour the batter into muffin tins. But just a regular loaf works fine too whichever you prefer. Just make sure to seal it well at the end to keep your banana bread at its best for long lasting results.
